百貨美食改裝 掀烏龍麵大戰

日本最大連鎖烏龍麵店「丸龜製麵」來台造成排隊熱潮。

百貨攜手美食欲打破悶經濟，看準台灣民眾對日式料理接受度高，繼先前一波拉麵名店登台掀起話題熱潮後，並列日本國民美食之一的「烏龍麵」也紛紛搶進商場拓點，百貨吹起一股日系美食大戰。

日本美食在台灣向來擁有不少死忠粉絲，近年來由於國內百貨刻意拉高餐飲比例，加上日本國內經濟陷泥沼，使得許多美食名店開始尋求海外市場機會，進駐台灣百貨自然成為首選。

新光三越信義新天地先前引進日本最大連鎖烏龍麵店「丸龜製麵」，造成排隊熱潮，據了解，月營業額可達700~800萬元，9月份即將開出2號店，落腳在同屬新光三越體系的南西店2館。

SOGO復興館10月初將有烏龍麵「嘉禾屋」台灣首店，主打多元湯底的烏龍麵套餐、釜鍋飯及定食等，套餐單價約落在200元~300元間。此外，拉麵名店「山頭火」也將進駐SOGO天母店、SOGO敦化館則引進 Mr. Onion天母洋蔥牛排餐廳與忠孝館的洋蔥創始店較勁。
