老牌的祥鈺樓每年都會應景做蘇式月餅，口味道地，台商、陸客都喜歡，最近就有台商向老闆朱金鴻訂購60盒。

朱金鴻說，蘇式月餅的外表是一層一層薄薄的酥皮，內餡低油少糖，由於水分含量較少，比較容保存，吃起來比較不膩。

祥鈺樓今年開發6種口味，有新鮮玫瑰花釀成醬作成內餡的玫瑰口味月餅，還有椒鹽月餅，以松子、核桃入餡，是店裏賣的最好的人氣月餅。祥鈺樓餐廳電話：（07）3326788。

高雄蓮潭會館今年推出古早味月餅，有碳烤地瓜與滷肉香菇口味的月餅，並針對不喜歡吃月餅的消費者推出手工餅乾禮盒，內有土鳳梨酥、市面上少見的桂圓松子塔、採用海藻糖製作的玉米脆片、純龍眼花蜜一罐、桂花醬一罐，一推出就受消費者好評，目前已賣出超過5成。電話：（07）3413333。
