統一星巴克總經理徐光宇表示，台灣星巴克是美國之外、第一個推出線上門市的市場，10月1日起在自家的7net推出線上門市，短短3天營業額便達近2百萬元，平均客單價約1千多元。

線上門市首波主打限時、限量和首賣的新系列浮雕城市杯，和門市販售的商品區別，吸引不少熟客上網選購，間接帶動7net的流量和會員數。徐光宇看好網購商機，預測線上門市一年營業額可達上億元。

面對咖啡品牌競爭日益激烈，統一星巴克將設法為旗下消費性商品開發多元通路。也規畫一系列咖啡學院、咖啡旅程護照集點活動等，建立和顧客互動的管道。
