新北商圈嘉年華壓軸百萬汽車大獎得主昨天公布，新莊30歲蔡姓男子拔得頭籌，他說，「因為家裡缺一輛車，特別參加抽獎，沒想到幸運兒竟然就是我」。

蔡姓得主表示，新北商圈嘉年華開跑當天，剛好帶著小孩到文具店買文具，小孩獅子大開口買了筆記本、鉛筆等，一口氣花了505元，恰好看到市府正舉辦活動。

今年登錄不到10張發票，竟然成了首獎得主，他說，得獎的笑容至少可以維持至少一年，每天都笑著入睡。

除了蔡先生得到首獎外，還抽出按摩椅、電動機車等獎項，經發局將持續於11月29日至12月1日推出「趣遊商、觀光工廠逗陣行」，天天送平板電腦等大獎。
