苗栗縣最早一家，也是目前唯一的百貨公司─三商百貨，即將吹熄燈號，「感謝鄉親」、「珍重再見」勾起許多苗栗人共同回憶！

三商百貨一帶曾是苗栗市最繁華的商圈，二、三十年前，很多人到了過年過節或是生日，三商百貨購買禮物是首選，曾幾何時，商圈的轉移，三商百貨附近多家店面鐵捲門深鎖，門上貼著大紅「租」字，三商百貨也將熄燈，見證歷史的四、五年級生有感慨與不捨。
