郵局降匯款手續費 綠衣天使明年換裝

綠衣天使將換新裝，郵差新制服看起來會更亮、更挺，穿起來更透氣。

中華郵政昨天正式開辦人民幣匯出及匯入業務，同時調降國外與大陸匯款手續費，一律降為每筆300元，國外比原本每筆400元便宜100元，匯大陸比原先每筆500元降200元。

因人民幣匯款是新增業務，中華郵政提供優惠，5月底前，人民幣匯出每筆再降為250元，同時第2014筆匯款人，可獲贈「台北─上海」來回機票一張。

中華郵政董事長翁文祺表示，郵局的公益性大於獲利，為照顧弱勢，預計年底推出微型保險。微型保險最高保額是新台幣30萬元，每年保費約數百元，保費還要進一步精算。

翁文祺是外交體系出身，相當重視儀表、衣著；他同時宣布，中華郵政將啟動「形象改造工程」，郵差制服將重新設計，強調筆挺有型、高機能性，預計明年全面換裝。但在基層員工堅持下，未來郵差制服，仍然維持正綠色。
