咖啡、奶酪、面膜 就是要南瓜

廖景慧研發各式各樣南瓜周邊產品，希望讓更多人愛上南瓜。

苗栗縣南庄鄉老街旁「南瓜故事館」，主人翁欽偉、廖景慧夫婦不僅發揮巧思自製南瓜咖啡，還有南瓜麵、南瓜面膜等產品，要讓大家看見不一樣的南瓜。

翁欽偉與廖景慧夫婦倆，9年前在造橋鄉農會推廣下種起南瓜，喜歡吃南瓜的他們，發現部分親友不敢吃南瓜，便著手研發南瓜創意吃法與周邊商品。因此在老街旁設立南瓜故事館，還開發出甜點南瓜奶酪與南瓜冰沙，更與當地製麵廠合作推出南瓜刀削麵、南瓜拉麵、南瓜米粉，還有營養的南瓜糙米煎餅、南瓜酥、南瓜堅果吐司。

廖景慧則與在地美容業者合作研發南瓜面膜，敷起來格外清爽，預計秋天要再推出「南瓜護手霜」，推翻大家對南瓜的想像。

愛喝咖啡的翁欽偉，更將南瓜融入咖啡中，南瓜拿鐵、南瓜黑咖啡等特調，讓溫和南瓜口感與微苦咖啡搭配，別一番風味。店內擺滿各式各樣刻有「恰北北」、「我愛你」等逗趣字眼觀賞南瓜，更用竹掃把、南瓜燈籠布置成萬聖節布景，讓遊客來訪驚呼連連。
