主廚戴忠麟運用正宗滬式料理手法，精心設計多款高纖、低熱量的佳餚，包括黑松露綠竹筍燒肉、西生菜綠竹筍炒蝦鬆等，更以日式蓋飯為創意發想，做出綠竹筍絲蟹肉花椒蓋飯，美味誘人，清爽無負擔，為賓客呈現綠竹筍鮮嫩甘甜的美妙滋味。

豔夏綠竹筍套餐，內容包括桂花梅汁綠竹筍、巴西蘑菇綠竹筍燉獅子頭、龍蝦汁燒玻璃蝦、甘栗子綠竹筍燒雞塊、牛肚菌佐花魚卷、生菜綠竹筍雞米鬆、藍莓杏仁奶酪及寶島鮮果盤，共八道式佳餚，每位新台幣1980元加一成服務費。
