日本麵王「一風堂」 搶進中台拉麵市場

有日本麵王之稱的「一風堂」，搶進中台灣拉麵市場，位於台中新光三越的新店訂25日試營運，8月1日正式開幕。

「一風堂」曾獲日本知名節目「TV Champion-拉麵職業選手錦標賽」三冠王，並奪得麵王的稱號。目前在日本有80餘家分店，海外則有38家分店，其中台中新光三越新店是台灣第7店，明天至31日試營運期間，將推出無限量免費加麵優惠。

乾杯集團2012年引進「一風堂」，在台北開出首家分店，隨即造成一股「拉麵旋風」，用餐時段大排長龍，目前台灣各家分店每天平均售出3,000至5,000碗拉麵。

「一風堂」創始於1985年，一開始只是一家不過10個吧檯座位的小店，這家小店卻在拉麵業界掀起一陣旋風。
