3天賣6萬斤 帶殼牡蠣中秋最夯

嘉義縣今年牡蠣豐收且價格未漲，成為今年中秋烤肉最受歡迎的食材，盤商昨天推估，今年中秋3天連假至少賣出6萬台斤的帶殼牡蠣，銷售金額約270萬元，業者個個喜孜孜。

中秋節3天連假，走進布袋觀光魚市，大約每5個攤位就有1個攤位賣帶殼牡蠣，有人每包（重2.5台斤）賣100元，也有人3包賣200元，儘管價格很亂，但生意都非常好。

原本專賣小卷的蔡姓攤商說，因為看好中秋節帶殼牡蠣的商機，他特地向蚵民批貨販售，生意很好，尤其7日單日就賣了500包，約1250台斤。另有攤商表示，帶殼牡蠣最小每台斤賣30元，較大的可賣到80元，有客人一早就下訂50台斤，當天中午馬上開貨車來載走。
