2月3日是農歷臘月廿三,民間俗稱『小年』。郯城縣有『小年來到炸饊子放炮』的傳統習俗。當地老字號食品店的傳統食品油炸饊子很受歡迎,人們紛紛選購以備『小年』這天款待客人、饋贈親朋。

根據新華網報導,2月3日是農歷臘月廿三,民間俗稱『小年』,當地民間有『二十三,糖瓜黏』的民謠。節日臨近,糖瓜開始熱銷。糖瓜是用麥芽糖、澱粉、糯米、芝麻等原料製作成瓜的形狀,吃起來脆甜香酥,別有風味,有『圓滿、平安』的寓意。

2月3日是農歷臘月廿三,民間俗稱『小年』。節日臨近,湖北省恩施土家族苗族自治州各地群眾按照傳統習俗備年貨,糍粑、豆皮、包穀糖等帶著濃濃土家『年味』的特色食品,是當地群眾的必備年貨。
