超商變身蔬食輕食餐廳

超商積極朝向簡易餐廳型態發展，為迎接夏季外食商機，7-ELEVEn、全家不約而同推出夏季蔬食鮮食新品，7-ELEVEn主打蔬食專門店，關東煮、光合沙拉、新鮮蔬菜等都與農民契作合作，夏季再推出埔里筊白筍、關廟綠竹筍等關東煮新品，5/1~5/14還有買4個送指定品優惠；而全家則獨創輕食坊，開發培根高麗菜、麻婆豆腐、沙茶牛肉空心菜、螞蟻上樹、黑胡椒豬柳以及泰式椒麻雞等六款熱炒菜，提供用餐民眾更多選擇。
