我一直是外食主義，但最近看TLC節目看到 奧利佛15分鐘上菜 感覺他可以用很健康解快速的方法做菜 讓我開始思考 道底哪種吃法會是最好的呢?? 自己煮 可以吃得較健康 避免後續生病醫藥費 吃外面 風險高 但方便快速 真的好難比較 最近我想去買這本書 http://ppt.cc/P~T0 不知道大家推薦嗎?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.166.196
