各位鄉民版大安安 小弟今天著手幫我媽處理大桶油品退貨問題 她於本月月初去彰化玩的時候有去參觀大統工廠(剛好那時候還沒被爆料) 就隨手買了兩三罐油品當紀念帶回來(總值大概兩千多元) 所以我無法在新竹這邊的通路商(愛買大潤發等)退貨 因為不是在這邊買的 然後稍早撥了電話去大統公司 詢問退貨事宜 結果客服小姐是很客氣啦 但跟我說目前他們的資產都被凍結了 完全沒有錢可以做退款 我們現在去新竹大統服務處也只能拿到退貨單而已 叫我再等一等 等到他們的資產被解凍才有錢辦理退款之類的等等(..>""※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.195.21.33
