平價米其林餐廳 「添好運」試賣爆人潮

號稱「世界最便宜米其林餐廳」的港式飲茶添好運落腳台灣，台北車站首店爆人潮，執行長林晉頡說，年底將在信義區開第二店，預計五年內在台灣開設十家分店。

添好運第一家台灣分店26日起試營運，預計8月下旬正式開幕，首日進場客人逾800人，現場排隊要等五、六小時，光是招牌「酥皮焗叉燒包」，在周末兩天就賣出3000個。

添好運源自香港，主廚麥桂培2009年自行創業，強調「親民平價」、「道地美味」，不到一年就獲得米其林一星殊榮。最有名的「四大天王」港點，包括香煎蘿蔔糕、香滑馬來糕、酥皮焗叉燒包和黃沙豬潤腸。
