少年Bike的咖啡之旅
每包半磅、貼著孩子畫作的華南國小咖啡，雖然一包賣五百元，比進口咖啡貴，但這代表孩子盡一己之力，扶助莫拉克受災戶的愛心。
2013年雲林縣兒童影展會場外，華南國小孩子們聚精會神，凝視著虹吸壺裡熱水與咖啡粉交融，隨後倒入試飲杯中，雙手奉給來訪者。客人微微搖晃杯子裡的咖啡，輕輕啜飲，濃郁咖啡香與淡淡果酸味順著鼻腔與味蕾幸福入喉。
「叔叔，好喝嗎？如果好喝，你可以帶走一整包的幸福，一包才五百元，算起來比超商還便宜，品質更好。喝咖啡還可以做公益，一舉兩得喔！」小朋友的叫賣聲，聽起來童稚，卻有自信。

五花肉番茄卷（豚バラトマト巻き）
我實在是喜愛這道串燒小食─五花番茄捲。在去皮的小番茄表面捲上五花肉片串起，撒上胡椒鹽調味，再烤至焦黃；簡單的作法，簡單的調味，卻相互牽引出食材本身的香氣，每每總要忍住不嘗，不然怕是等不到上桌，就被我嗑掉了。
偶爾晚歸嘴饞時，我便會準備這樣一盤簡單的五花番茄捲，靜靜小酌。一口啤酒，一口串燒，鹹中帶甜的滋味，彷彿生活的寫照。簡單的美味，安撫了胃，也療癒了人心。

炸牡蠣（カキフライ）
每回做炸牡蠣這道菜時，總會讓我想起台式的蚵仔酥，當然，兩者作法上是有些許差別，台式蚵仔酥是以牡蠣裹番薯粉下鍋炸，再配上九層塔與胡椒鹽；而日式炸牡蠣則以麵包粉為外衣油炸，且裹粉前一定要將牡蠣洗淨後擦乾，讓其保持乾爽。暫且不論做法、材料，台式及日式的炸牡蠣卻有唯二的相同點，那就是─皆是下酒好食，配上一杯沁涼的生啤酒，再痛快不過！

魚汁凍（煮こごり）
不知道大家煮魚的時候，會不會有種「哎，魚汁好多，倒掉又浪費」的心情？想起小時候，家裡蒸煮魚時，也會在盤中留下許多魚汁，我們兄弟倆總是爭相一匙匙舀起，淋上白飯拌著吃。其實在日本，不起眼的魚汁也有類似的妙用，有些居酒屋或料理店，甚至特地將它變身為精緻的前菜─魚汁凍。
魚汁凍的製作原理其實很簡單，先用魚骨熬湯，再加入魚皮小火煮，將魚皮中的膠質煮出後冰鎮，食用時加入薑泥、撒上蔥花，就是十分下飯的小菜了。

| 瘋時尚／凱特摩斯退位！西班牙品牌由甜美米蘭達接捧代言

國際超模凱特摩斯去年替西班牙品牌代言，該品牌今年再次引領話題，在2013春夏邀請澳洲國際名模「米蘭達柯兒(Miranda Kerr)」，擔任全新的品牌形象大使；特別的是，她與中性的凱特摩斯風格不同，走甜美自然的她，也為品牌帶來新的面向。
接捧凱特摩斯2012年的帥性代言，米蘭達以自信甜美的風格接下西班牙品牌Mango的代言；業者表示，13歲就進入模特兒界的米蘭達，目前活耀於各大時尚圈中，不僅是媒體追逐的焦點，更是全球女性模仿追隨的對象。
