台北市信義區新光三越在17日中午12時45分，發生跳電事件，館內一片黑暗，所幸無財物損失或人員受傷。不過，跳電原因是老鼠搗蛋所致！

【許敏溶、沈能元、陳麗婷╱台北報導】大學學科能力測驗將於本月二十七日登場，但近來國內諾羅病毒疫情嚴重，大考中心昨指下周三舉辦的試務緊急應變小組會議中，將研商是否因應疫情延後學測，最後結果最遲於考前一天、下周六晚上十時前公布。

根據衛生署疾病管制局最新通報資料，國內上周急診就診的腹瀉病例為百分之八點八一，雖比上周百分之九點九四略低，仍較去年同期多出近一點五倍，相當於上周有一萬零一百多人因腹瀉急診，當中以感染諾羅病毒病例居多。

【蔡亞樺、戴安瑋╱台北報導】下月是農曆新年，應景食材吹漲風，北市府昨公布全國首創年菜「佛跳牆指數」為一百零六點零三，推算年節前食材價格比去年同期漲百分之六，十項食材有八項上漲，其中雞翅漲幅最高達三成三。另年貨常用烏魚子價揚創新高，年節熱銷的白鯧昨批發價創近三年新高。主婦抱怨再漲下去吃不消。
台北市長郝龍斌昨公布佛跳牆指數，北市府上周針對年菜佛跳牆，包括排骨、烏參、豬腳、雞翅、魚皮、芋頭、栗子、香菇、紅棗、杏鮑菇共十項必備食材，以去年為基期訪查市場攤商價格，以一般家庭四人份一盅佛跳牆食材用量，經加權幅度計算，今年的佛跳牆指數為一百零六點零三，較去年同期微幅上揚百分之六。
