無印良品靠匠之技　收銀客訴件數降至2成
根據調查，有7成客訴通常發生在收銀作業時，台灣無印良品卻是有辦法降低收銀方面客訴，主要在於公司內部不但成立門市人員訓練教室，還有一套結帳標準作業流程，尤其4年前推行「匠之技」收銀服務認證後，至2013年止，收銀的客訴件數已從7成降至2成，而店員觀察力是否夠細膩是整個服務過程中的最大關鍵。 《詳全文...》
