芋頭、青蔥香腸 買滿3千元免運

台中市大安區農會昨天推出芋頭、青蔥香腸，昨天在豐原陽明大樓舉辦嘗鮮會，烤出的香腸肉質飽滿、青蔥香味撲鼻、芋頭鬆軟，吸引許多民眾試吃。農業局長蔡精強說，新推出青蔥、芋頭2種口味，民眾自用送禮兩相宜；每包7根售價140元，現購滿3千元就可免運費，可洽大安農會蘇小姐(04)26710909。

大安農會總幹事蔡建宗說，大安區是大台中種植青蔥最大的區域，芋頭也有1百公頃左右，品質極佳，農會也經營毛豬電宰廠，希望幫農民打開銷路。農會全面檢測農藥殘留，用純淨青蔥、芋頭加上新鮮溫體豬肉，混合加工做成香腸。
