甘藷能釀酒? 溫潤口感掀討論

中興大學園藝試驗場推出一款甘藷酒,取名「甘吟釀」以甘藷為原料,利用採收後的處理技術去除甘藷的生味,並結合低溫釀造法製造而成,酒精濃度45度,入口溫潤,不會有嗆辣感,今年首次發售,一開賣就引起許多消費者好奇討論,限量280瓶,目前賣出近5成。

興大表示,未來將陸續推出2款新酒,包含用柳丁去釀製的水果酒「橙釀」取「誠實釀造」的諧音;另一款以烏龍茶原料製成取名「龍吟」,音同台語「攏贏」。有意訂購者洽興大園藝試驗場:(04)22840340轉303或309。
