甘藷能釀酒？ 溫潤口感掀討論

中興大學園藝試驗場推出一款甘藷酒，取名「甘吟釀」以甘藷為原料，利用採收後的處理技術去除甘藷的生味，並結合低溫釀造法製造而成，酒精濃度45度，入口溫潤，不會有嗆辣感，今年首次發售，一開賣就引起許多消費者好奇討論，限量280瓶，目前賣出近5成。

興大表示，未來將陸續推出2款新酒，包含用柳丁去釀製的水果酒「橙釀」取「誠實釀造」的諧音；另一款以烏龍茶原料製成取名「龍吟」，音同台語「攏贏」。有意訂購者洽興大園藝試驗場：（04）22840340轉303或309。
