加強體內環保，油切茶熱銷中，其中的成分，您看仔細了嗎？放完年假，工作學業、三餐作息，一切回歸正軌。「可是體重，我回不去了！」這回流淚的可不只謝安真，還有一大群過年零嘴吃的比飯多民眾。

一般民眾的印象裡，綠茶、複方茶，有所謂「油切」的作用。「油切」日文原意與油料短缺有關，台灣飲料業者大幅引用。單憑字面上的意思，許多民眾誤以為油切意味切掉體內脂肪，不免和減肥畫上等號。

但您知道嗎，綠茶中最受矚目的綠茶多酚，主要作用是防止體內自由基生成，或有業者於複方茶中添加金針菇萃取，但也僅只於吸附脂肪酸，使減少吸收罷了。因此所謂「綠茶」、「油切」，並非能讓您肆無忌憚的大吃大喝，或具有減肥功效，您是否驚覺自己被誤導了呢？
