日圓貶值，陸續有日系商品、服飾跟進降價，日系知名平價服飾春季新裝部分商品帶頭降價，部分日系品牌、或從日本引進的歐美品牌服飾、包款也紛紛降價；今年陸續上架的春季新品中，目前就有8個品牌主動降價。但對於有些不降反漲的日系化妝品，太平洋SOGO百貨強調，最佳的抵制方式，就是不要買。
因應日圓貶值，日系品牌春季新裝陸續降價，目前就有8個品牌主動降價，包括UNIQLO、Munsingwear企鵝牌服飾，包款有A.D.M.J、Samantha Thavasa、mimo等，其中UNIQLO部分單品降幅最高到六成、企鵝牌高爾夫服飾售價也調降1成，這股降價潮也意外燒到歐美品牌，部分牛仔、休閒裝牌確定春夏起調降，最多4成。
不過，面對仍有部分日系化妝品不降反漲，太平洋SOGO百貨則重砲抨擊表示，消費者最好的抵制方式，就是不要買。據了解，日系化妝品預計將在三月調漲，除了已知的SKII、資生堂漲幅約在一成，其他日系化妝品似乎也有調漲的醞釀。對此，SOGO總經理李光榮指出，最好的抵制就是不買。副總吳素吟也說，日系化妝品若一直調漲，怕是連主顧客都會流失，會持續再與化妝品業者勸說緩漲。
