看準消費者對於芭比娃娃的鍾愛，業者也宣布在台北東區引進全球第一家芭比時尚主題餐廳。

芭比娃娃是每個小女生童年最美好的回憶之一，可以任意變換美麗的禮服、鞋子，各式各樣不同造型的芭比，深植大小女孩的心。不只女生喜愛，就連男生也瘋迷，像是設計鬼才林國基，也特地為他所收藏的芭比娃娃開展；年近半百的芭比娃娃魅力無窮，看準消費者對於芭比娃娃的鍾愛，業者也宣布在台北東區引進全球第一家芭比時尚主題餐廳。
全球首家以芭比為主的主題式餐廳，30日宣布在台北東區餐飲業一級戰區的忠孝商圈開幕，還請到女藝人翁滋蔓與名模王尹平分享時尚潮流秘招。搶在農曆新年前開幕，由美泰（Mattel）首家授權，以「芭比時尚」為概念，Barbie Cafe斥資5000萬元打造佔地200坪、可容納150人的用餐環境，不僅是全台首創、更是全球首家的芭比時尚餐廳。

店內全都以桃紅色為主的設計基調，更融入芭比娃娃、配件及品牌logo等元素，就連服務生也穿上桃紅色制服；而菜單更標榜由專業營養師指導、主廚精心設計，低油、高纖，讓女性消費者在享用美食當前，也能吃的時尚。邱奕陵營運長表示，Barbie Cafe營業時段從午餐至消夜場，至3月3日前，凡到店打卡，就能獲得芭比限量特調飲料一杯；開幕期間消費滿千就有機會獲得限定紀念杯一個。
